Train the Trainer

Many professionals undertake training as part of their everyday function in the workplace. For some, in fact it may be their key role, whilst for others it forms part of their responsibilities.

To be successful in this key role trainers must first attain the necessary interpersonal and intrapersonal competencies necessary to be able to offer an effective learning experience to other executives and professionals. Trainers must be able to understand the adult learning processes and motivations so that they can design and execute training programmes that will allow their trainees to develop the knowledge, skill and mind-set required to perform their duties and responsibilities effectively.
